At TSC Southeast, we are contributing to the construction of Seleste Grand Central, an apartment building in the Overtown neighborhood of Miami.

“Soleste Grand Central, an 18-story apartment building in Overtown that will include high-end apartments, continues its vertical rise.
Two tower cranes were installed several months ago to assist with construction.
The project will include 360 Class A multifamily units in an 18-story tower. There will also be ground floor retail, and a parking garage with 438 spaces. 40 of the units will be set aside for workforce, low income and affordable housing.
Total project value is estimated at $110 million. Bank OZK issued a $55.41 million construction loan, with another $18 million mezzanine loan from Nationwide Insurance.
The project site is in an Opportunity Zone.”
