Scope of Work: The Second Avenue Subway project is a significant transportation infrastructure endeavor in NYC. Phase 1 involved constructing three new stations with modern amenities, improving accessibility with elevators and escalators. This $4.5 billion, 10-year project faced challenges in a dense urban environment while minimizing disruptions to existing infrastructure.
