TSC Southeast provided laborers and miscellaneous carpentry work for the construction of Lector 85 apartments in Seminole Heights.
From an article published in the Tampa Bay Business Journal:
“An Indianapolis developer is working on a second mixed-use project in Seminole Heights.
Milhaus, which has developments in Seminole Heights, Ybor City and St. Petersburg, is proposing a mostly residential, four-story building at 6307 N. Nebraska Ave. with 82 one-bedroom units and 32 two-bedroom units. The proposal also includes 1,220 square feet of office space.
The parcel is 1.95 acres, and Milhaus’ plans require a rezoning hearing. John Grandoff, a partner in Hill Ward Henderson who represents Milhaus, said the hearing is slated for Dec. 13.
The proposed site is less than a mile from where Milhaus redeveloped an old auto shop into a mixed-use development on North Florida Avenue.
As Seminole Heights matures as a neighborhood, more developers are targeting multifamily and mixed-use projects. The developer behind the Warehouse Lofts, one of the first apartment projects to break ground in Seminole Heights, is nearly ready to finish Avenue Lofts, a mixed-use development with street-level retail space.”
