Investigations:
Our Immediate Response Program is utilized by 3 of the top 10 General Contractors in the US, and 4 of the top 20.
The GBTS goal is to respond to your site within one hour. This allows us to freeze the location of loss, identify all pertinent parties, collect critical evidence, and obtain statements from any and all witnesses. Once this is accomplished, a report will be prepared within 24 hours to assist in a liability defense and the establishment of accurate reserves.
Embedded Investigator
The Embedded Investigator permanently stays at the site for the duration of the project or at the discretion of the client. They are part of the site operation. Upon notification, our investigator promptly initiates a claim investigation, effectively minimizing response time. They conduct a comprehensive investigation, identify risk transfer opportunities, secure evidence, and manage the claim from the outset.
When not investigating claims, the investigator walks the site to gain a better understanding of the personnel and their roles in various construction phases, while also building rapport with the contractors. Their daily presence facilitates fact gathering at the site and inhibits the utter fabrication of claims.
The quicker we arrive at the loss location, the more accurate the information we gather, leading to more precise reserves and, ideally, quicker claim resolution.
The Imbedded Investigator has successfully been employed over the last decade by numerous GBTS clients with positive results.
These products have evolved over the years, incorporating feedback from our construction clients, into a robust tool designed to protect our clients’ interests.
Surveillance:

For these companies, we provide traditional surveillance to follow and document any limitations in the scope of work, or as directed by defense attorneys.
Desktop:
Desktop works with numerous respected companies in the United States. We serve several of the Top 20 law firms in the United States, large mass-transit companies, and insurance companies. Additionally, the company has collaborated with major car rental companies in the USA, specializing in investigating potential fraud cases by uncovering hidden connections within claims which our clients were able to use to mitigate fraudulent claims.
Property:
Our Property division covers claims from self-insured to international insurance corporations covering billions of dollars in assets. We specialize in large loss subrogation reviews – Comprehensive analysis of claim to support and determine depreciation, fairness, and accuracy.
