A tanker carrying 8,000 gallons of aviation fuel crashed onto its side at a major intersection in Tampa, Florida. GBTS was retained to prepare a Site Assessment Report (SAR) and identify the soil conditions and groundwater quality. Samples were collected and a Health and Safety Plan was created for site specific hazards.
