GBTS has been serving one of the largest residential multi-family companies with their mold and moisture, indoor air quality, flood and water loss, and hazardous materials assessments and management for over 15 years. GBTS was involved in the original development of their Mold Prevention and Response Program. Since its implementation, GBTS personnel currently provide comprehensive asbestos and lead paint surveys, radon testing and mitigation consultation, and large structural water/fire loss event restoration project management for approximately 85-90% of their portfolio of properties located around the country. In addition, GBTS provides routine inspections, testing, reporting and legal collaboration on all mold and moisture incidents for these nationwide properties.
