Scope of Work: The Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park sets a new standard in sustainable commercial construction. This LEED Platinum-certified skyscraper prioritizes daylight, fresh air, and a strong connection to the outdoors. Notable features include an urban garden room, combined heat and power plant, ice cooling system, water reclamation system, green roofs, and state-of-the-art air filtration. GBTS worked closely with the developer and general contractor, providing safety plans, logistics, and professional fire safety services.
